Where in the constitution does it give congress the right to make substances illegal to own,make, sell,and digest?

I smoke to help myself with anorexia, anger, depression and PMS, girl sh*t. There’s people out there who use it to help them with extreme physical pain. Marijuana was put here by God, for us to use it. It has many uses: rope, medicine, religion, recreation etc. It’s a useful f*cking plant and people say keep it illegal I think that’s complete Bull Sh*t!!! It helps alot of people. How many people are to be put away and how much money is to be wasted controlling a PLANT named Marijuana.
I like the question. I just want them to debate any aspect of marijuana period. No politician touches marijuana with a ten foot poll and its very sad. Anslinger. Look that name up Holkinblitz. He has a crazy story. I like it though emjay06. Good job. Good luck.
Why? I have nothing against anyone who doesn’t want marijuana legalized, but the point of these videos is to spur debate. Simply saying “lets keep it illegal!” doesn’t get us anywhere.
