I love how people will be incarcerated for smoking marijuana, but they will only be put on probation for many cases of burglary.

i didn’t see any of these ads on tv, but i was bobarded with no on 19 ads, even on cartoon network! geez cant i just watch some ben 10 in peace jeez. anyway i hope to see this on the ballet in 2 years and again i will vote yes. but better funding is needed and people need to be educated about pot.

they broke a directly broke what they knew was illegal, they don’t come out of jail criminals, they make the decision to become one. If your told not to drink and drive, you don’t do it, or else your penalized harshly or jailed. If the law says you will be jailed for rape, don’t rape.

I won’t be surprised at all if Big Tobacco, The Liquor Industry, and the Prison Lobby all opposes Prop 19. Locking people up in America is BIG BUSINESS. BTW, I understand that when a non violent person is locked in prison, when he/she comes out of prison. The non violent offender becomes violent. But again, most people don’t think about that. I mean, it’s no wonder why America has the highest incarceration rate in all of the “free world”.
