Would I qualify for a medicinal marijuana card in the state of California?
Im Bi-Polar and have OCD as well has anxiety issues. I am currently on 3 mg of Klonopin (a highly addictive benzodiazapine) a day and that barely stops the panic attacks. I have smoked cannabis when both anxious and depressed before, and it has helped tremendously. Just wondering if anyone had an answer, and if so, how difficult would it be to obtain?

Most likely No. Sorry. While it can lessen anxiety, it can worsen depression in the long run. If it seems to help sometimes, that doesn’t mean it really is. Marijuana is a depressant, in the long run it will get harder and harder to overcome depression with continued use. You could try asking a doctor, but don’t be disappointed if they tell you no.
Since cannibis makes most people depressed and more paranoid, I think it is a very poor solution for what you have, except maybe short term.
I think basically nobody gets cannibis cards in California, and the places that do get regularly raided by the Feds.
