Will Proposition #19 in California pass or fail Nov 2, “it’s a continuation of legalizing Marijuana”?
In 1996 the voters passed a medical marijuana bill with 76% voter approval. Now it’s time for the whole state to indulge without a doctors prescription. PUFF PUFF PASS PASS!

More important is what Obama’s administration would do.
“Attorney General Eric Holder has announced that the U.S. government will “vigorously enforce” federal law against marijuana if California voters elect to legalize the drug next month.”
Hey I am just saying that the Federal Government has way to much control, I do believe that this should be a state issue. Go ahead pass prop 19! Lets see how many people start understanding that the new boss is the same as the old boss when it comes to this. So pass prop 19 and oust Obama. Putting a Libertarian in the W H would make me real happy ☺
PUFF PUFF PASS PASS… the police still put you in jail for possession. Because it’s a federal law..
in recent polls, prop 19 is more popular than any politician on the ticket.
pass the dutchie on the left hand side.
Hopefully it will go down in flames (no pun intended). We have enough drugged out wackos here as it is (like the Brown guy running for governor). If 19 passes, many more will follow.
It’s gone from a ‘legal doobie’ proposition to one that affirms California’s states rights. That may be why it’s gained in the polls since Eric Holder (I wonder if he’s holding) said California will bow to the will of DC.
I guess we should fear Federal forces enforcing the marijuana laws as they have time on their hands not enforcing immigration laws. Maybe ICE can keep people from lighting up.
