Will passing prop 19 help cool down the War on Mexico?
With immigration falling fast, legalization could really
lower the gang activity in the region. We might even start
calling it The Sun Belt again! Do Cali people know how
important their vote is?

Ther is NO War on Mexico
Vote YES on 19
No. The only way too cool down the drug war would be to legalize ALL drugs, not just pot!
The drug dealers are still gonna selling cocaine, heroin, crack, psp, lsd, meth, opium, ect. And LOTS of it! Marijuana is just one of hundreds of different drugs that the cartels sell. Just legalizing one of the drugs wont stop the problem.
The only War on Mexico in which the US has ever been engaged ended 152 years ago. Not exactly up to date, are ya?
Nope.
The drug war has failed, period. Ask any researcher and they will all tell you the same thing the 45 billion dollar drug war is a drain on the American Tax payer, it has increased the cartel drug wars in Mexico, and escalated the gang activity in the United States to an all time high.
Proposition 19 would effectively help quell the gang problem in California and effectively screw other states by pushing gang activity that way, so they could sell their product to fund their illegal activities.
Maybe then the federal government will realize that prohibition doesn’t work! Alcohol prohibition created the mob and Capone. The drug war has created MS13 and various other gangs.
I mean really who wants to buy a dime bag from the dirty Mexican at the corner of 5th and tequila, when you can go to a store and get something you know didn’t come off of a sweating, dirty, sick illegal and wasn’t cultivated using human waste?
When will the states and the federal government realize that they have no business telling people what they can and can not do, when it comes to their own bodies. The regulating and selling of cannabis could effectively solve our debt problems across the United States, with the creation of a potentially multi-billion dollar industry.
Cartel fighting will get worse before it gets better with fewer dealers and buyers these cartels will fight for customers, in the long run though it could complete eliminate these gangs and cartels.
Do Californians know how important their vote is? Hell no; they don’t.
Since the early 60’s the U.S. has poured BILLIONS of dollars into Mexico to “fight” drugs. It has “never” been even close to being controlled or stopped, just like “not” stopping nationals from entering the U.S. Lately, Mexico has taken a presumptuous high road and actually attempted to interfere in this
countries internal affairs now, on 3 separate occasions in the last 6 months.
Something in this “relationship” with one of the most corrupt countries in the world, is starting to “stink” badly.
Prop 19 won’t impact the drug flow by enough to even be noticed by the drug dealers and Mexican Cartels.
