If you are referring to the resolution in CA. Even if passed it would still be illegal under federal law. CA is setting themselves up for a possible federal lawsuit.
Because if weed is legal the prison system will loose funding, and prices will decrease so growers wont make as much.

Becareful with the ones against it demonizing marijuana. A LOT of that stuff is going to be biased.
A real potential down fall is what the fed gov will do if cali legalizes it in nov. A lot of people are thinking that the feds are going to drastically cut funding to the state in a LOT of areas if it passes.
Even though some say prices will drop, my guess is that they are actually going to go up, quite a bit. It might not be immediately, but it will happen.
