Technically they are for tobacco.
it is legal to grow weed in michigan under state laws
so if state police come to your house and see the weed then you can be arrested but if federal officers come to your house your in big trouble. laws are weird

because pipe bongs vaps etc… is not a illegal drug use can use them for tobacco as well.

Criminal law recognizes accomplice liability only in situations where a party acts with the knowledge that the principal actor will commit a crime. If you merely understand that your product could be used for the purpose of committing a crime, you’re not liable.
In a nut shell, its the only way to legally get into that market.
Same reason that they are here. Label says it is for smoking tobacco. Not sure who would want to smoke tobacco from a bong, though. But, I think the sellers of these products know EXACTLY what you are going to use them for. But, by putting labels on them they get plausible deniability. They didn’t KNOW you were going to use it for that.
Because Canada is a lot more tolerant with weed (at least in a paraphernalia sense) then the USA.
