You guys are all fucking stupid prop 19 does not legalize marijuana/ cannabis. It is still a federal law to not own or smoke marijuana so really there is no chance of it ever to become legal because every state would need to vote for it and if the fucktards of california wouldnt do it then what are the chances of any other smart state in this country doing it.

In this economy, selling cannabis can make sure you stay fed! If its legal, those who rely on that income will be hit just as hard as anyone else. Lets face it, keeping it illegal has some benefits for everyday normal folks just trying to get by when there are no other options for them! No on prop 19 saves some green!

Why should anyone be suprised, California is full of sheep, they devestated the 2nd ammendment over the fear mongering over “scary looking” semi automatic rifles and magazines over 10 rounds, why are people now shocked that the fear mongering over small amounts of pot was any less effective? @KripDrip Naw. You need to read an independent study that was done on Prop 19. They found that 30% of ALL NO VOTERS want marijuana to be legalized but didn’t like the way Prop 19 was written.

Prop 19 will be rewritten and back on the ballots in 2012, so it’ll be a victory.

@Kokojin I agree. The people who donated were idiots for donating so late in the game. I think one guy even donated a large amount on the very last day before the election! WTF?! I hope they’ll keep some of that money for 2012 or something.

@GrowTheTruth So, in the world of politics 1.67 million is a lot of money to be funneled in? More than that look at the timing of the of the donations, almost all of them came in real close to the vote. and that doesn’t allow much, if any time to run ads, and to get people registered, and spread the word, or debunk all of the lies used against prop 19.
