Why are pot growers so against Prop 19 in California passing?
Note: I know why the pot growers in the North State (that collect welfare as they are making a hundred grand a year) are relying on Prop 19 not passing.

It would probably cut in to their profits
It’s easy to grow. Why pay for something you can grow yourself?
It would allow every one to grow their own and putting them out of business.
If all can raise weed the price will be like that of hay.Why buy something that you can grow yourself .It is after all not that hard to grow in most climates.
Most of the support is from Californians that are willing to do anything to raise tax money. Liberals always promise money that never materializes. If passed people would just grow their own. No taxes and a lot more social trouble.
Everywhere dubious behavior is allowed, trouble brews. Nevada legalized gambling and soon its gambling cities became famous for crime. Now they are the worst places for unemployment too. Desperate California has been providing the nation with meth for decades. The other states are fed up with California’s attitudes towards drugs.
Aw poor nanny state can’t raise taxes and make money for putting people in jail for growing it illegally and cutting their profits. Or Perhaps they are jealous of the Netherlands where it is legal and they can’t afford to deport themselves there.

economics, they want the money to remain in their pockets not to be spread out amongst the locals
cuz pot will PLUMMET in value!
How can you pay “taxes” to the federal Gov. (under Prop 19) when by doing so you would be admitting to a federal crime? I’ll keep my medical marijuana recommendation thank you very much!
