Definitely San Diego or any of the southern LA coastal areas. There is no one “spot” to get it per say because that would be illegal, but if you look for the people who look like stoners and ask them then you will probably find it quickly (especially south LA coastal areas like Laguna Beach).
Denver is just like California and they have dispensaries and users all over the place. You will just have to ask around because by the time anyone knows of a spot, the cops know about it and it’s gone. Taos, NM also has some good stuff and plenty of people to ask (lol, you will know who not to ask anyways)
