do people start voting for it tomorrow or do they announce whether its yes or no tomorrow?

Mr. Nextel. I don’t think that answers the question. We want to know when the results will be in, which is difficult to find online. Yes, sometimes it is easier to just ask; especially when you don’t really know where to start.
