prop 19 is failing in the polls
why you cannot wait to have the munchies and be amazed by your own hands? “Dude, I never realized my fingers could fing before” pothead go back to Bill and Teds totally bogus adventure.
It will be rigged, i think the polls are rigged too.
If Prop 19 passes, I expect there will be an immediate request for an injunction to stop the proposition until the courts can rule on its constitutionality. As a result, it will work its way through the court system for months or years before being allowed to go into effect, if then.
I think it will more likely fail than not, but if it fails they’ll just try again. It’s a generational thing, since about 1992 support for legalisation has been increasing, so it’s only a matter of time. I expect to see legalisation on Washington State and a number of other state ballots in 2012 and on California’s again if this one fails.
