When does the Massachusetts marijuana decriminalization law GO INTO EFFECT?
I keep hearing 30 days, but 30 days from when? I am hearing it is 30 days from when the Governor’s committee meets to authenticate the voting count, But when is that? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks π

Doesn’t matter. It’ll still be against federal law.
It became law on December 4, 2008.
Although the state might have decriminalized it. Its still against federal laws and you can still go to jail for drug related crimes.
