If you live in Holland sweet nothing. It is legal to grow it there and you can buy a starter pack at street markets for as little a 3.50 Euro.
they could charge you,
with some big charges
even if it was just for you
they could say u were going to sell it, cuz of the amount u had
which is a serious crime

In my state, which is Kansas, anything less than 5 plants is a misdemeanor. However it still has a hefty penalty of up to 1 year in prison and up to a $2500.00 fine. If it were to be more than 5 plants the penalty is up to 11 1/2 years in prison. you can go to the link below to find your own state. People I know who have been busted have usually gotten off with a fine.

What state? I had a friend in MA get caught with 4 plants and 1g cocaine on a first offence. She got 6 months probation for the cocaine and served 15 of 30 days in a minimum security prison.
