my aspiration is to grow marijuana legally and properly. my concern is that if proposition 19 passes will all the medical jobs be eliminated and since it will be legal to grow will it be possible for me to still get a good job in the cannabis growing industry or will any joe shmoe be able to get a job at a farm.

Don’t worry medicinal marijuana will still be there and so will the dispensaries, marijuana will just be legal for recreational purposes. That is the only thing that will change.
