As of September 2010[update], even if the proposition is passed, the sale of marijuana will remain illegal under federal law via the Controlled Substances Act.

yes you will still be able to buy your marijuana. Prop 19 in no way affects medical users. its safe to say your safe.
In response to the first answer, that is true, but its also still true of medical marijuana, yet they are still selling it.
Well, nothing is going to change that very day. And then remember that if it passes, its likely going to be challenged is some crazy way.
I would imagine that you would still want to keep in touch with your doctor about it, but it would become just like any other otc med, like tylonal or nyquil.
