Any paper with the silver on the outside of the wrapper around the gum. Like Juice fruit or something like that. You just peel off the silver foil (quickly run the lighter under the foil and it will separate) and roll away!
i have never heard of this. sounds fishy. why dont you just go buy papers, they’re like free practically.
