“morals”??? I’m DEPRAVED? No, this is predictable. Good-bye.
I think it would help, because all states would proactively decriminalize it before the vote happened to lessen the validity of charging adults over 21 with simple possession.
This is a pathetic move on the part of CA, they only decriminalized it as a chess move to check mate prop 19. I believe if other states try this, you will see similar decriminalization legislation passed right before the vote.
It’s pathetic this is what it will take to decriminalize simple possession, absolutely pathetic in the states where it’s still a serious crime to possess a few grams as an adult.
In 2012, 3 states are voting to legalize marijuana due to the attention prop 19 brought nationwide.
