This isn’t the fucking 1950s. It’s about damn time somebody, or a state, takes a stand and paves the way for others to look and say “well that really wasn’t that bad, maybe we should try legalizing it elsewhere”. Scientifically Marijuana has no real negatives, it’s just this old social stigma from the 60s that continues to make weed illegal.

I support legalizing marijuana but the only bad part of this is the taxing of it will be through the roof. From what I’ve read they’re looking at taxing it $50 per ounce. Ouch! That’s sky high if you ask me.
