you can carry weed and a pipe around with you as long as your not under the influence.im not sure where you got your marijuana license but most places that offer medical marijuana licenses usually have a program at no or very little cost to you.this program offers many attorneys at your dispense should you ever have a run in with the law.but in most cases this is a useless perk because an officer can under no circumstances search you or your vehicle without your consent.if an officer ever searches you without your permission and should he find something illegal on you, you can fight the ticket or whatever sentence he gives you and 100% of the time all charges will be dropped because this is a violation of your rights.keep this in mind next time your transporting something illegal and an officer asks to search you or your car.but like i said if your licensed to use medical marijuana and your not under the influence in public you can transport it where ever you please.hope this was helpful good luck
