Three DWI Arrests in Elma Follow Bills Home Opener
On Sun., Sept. 12, New York State Troopers arrested a driver on Transit Road in the Town of Elma on a charge of driving while intoxicated. The 25-year-old Amherst man was reportedly taken into custody after failing roadside sobriety tests. A breath test indicated his blood alcohol level was 0.16 percent.
