Why would you want to smell nasty ruin your teeth cough all the time ruin your lungs and most importantly become addicted to some of the most dangerous chemicals known to man? I don’t blame them, it sounds to me like this story should be called education system is finally working
Disturbing? And why is it surprising? Who wants to smoke something that you can become addicted to and doesn’t even get you high? Just be happy that kids are choosing the healthier of the two.
although I don’t think 8th graders should be smoking anything at their age, I think the right choice is pot. I mean really, people are dying from cigarettes. Personally, I smoke pot, I think cigs are disgusting. but really, I think these kids should wait at least until they’re a freshman/sophmore to start smoking. Seeing tiny kids smoking anything just feels wrong..

@SnowbirdFlock you clearly dont know anything. pot is not a hallucinogenic. yeah if you smoke alot of a really strong sativa, there might be a very slight hallucination. but no were close as bad the hallucinations from other drugs. and most of the time all you get is a really happy feeling. it cant kill you. stimulates brain cell growth. and kills cancer cells. huh that sounds pretty good. and you haven’t even tried it, how would you even know?

How the fuck does the price of cigarettes affect the popularity among students? For the most part high school students can’t even BUY cigarettes. Maybe they’d rather get high after school than smoke cigarettes, which for all intents and purposes, don’t do shit for relaxation. That is, until you don’t have them.

@dragonwarlord69 So much easier to get marijuana, but not becuase it’s illegal but because cops don’t generally care about pot. Also, you can just fit it in a ziplock bag compared to alcohol and potential drunk driving.
This is a joke, anyone educated on the matter knows that cannabis has more positive health benefits than negative impacts on your health. Also, anyone who is educated knows that cigarettes only have negative effects. Why are they so startled that high schoolers are choosing the safer alternative? It’s like they are startled that kids are getting more intelligent and making the right choice. What a shame.

I’m not gonna lie i smoke both but if i had to choose one i’d pick weed. There’s nothing like waking up on a Monday morning and smoking a blunt while waiting for your bus and floating across the hallway like you in a daze smelling like some Sour D. lol
