No, I’d make it a class A drug.
Very much so! Vote No on that!
I think Prop 19 is homophobic because it is not gay enough.
So long as garbage food, tobacco, and alcohol are sold freely I say why not. There is not moral reason to oppose marijuana legalization while standing silent on the rest.
For, not for any spiritual reason, but because of common sense.
Absolutely I’m voting in favor of it!
1) We can tax it.
2) We can free up the jails, removing people with the insignificant crime of marijuana possession.
3) It can hurt organized crime.
4) It can spur tourism in California.
And the fact remains, why do we as a society allow alcohol and cigarettes to go around, but not marijuana? Not very consistent logic there.
for – it’s a lot less dangerous than alcohol, which is legal, and it would provide for extra taxes so maybe they might actually be able to balance the budget…
I don’t always smoke weed, but when I do, I get really high.
Although I’m British, I would.
Here, we decriminalised possession of a personal amount in 2004.
Due to the stronger strains of cannabis, known as skunk more prevalent in the UK over the last decade, and the worrying number of adolescents users developing schizophrenia. In 2009 it was re-criminalised.
Personally, I’d like them to totally legalise it, grow it and sell it in stores like cigarettes. Then we could not only tax it but control the strength of it as well.
Anything that is intoxicating is forbidden in Christianity.
Its a no brainer. It is no ones business what another does with their own body. I’m also sort of sick of the hypocrisy of those who talk about american “freedom.” The only freedom here is to conform to one of two nearly identical political ideologies.
Against Proposition 19. It will cause more trouble then you know and it still will be illegal with the Feds. It’s the start of going on to other drugs that can result in destruction, jail or death.
For (although I’m in the UK so it’s unlikely to affect me).
I support the right of adults to put whatever they choose into their own bodies.
