Smoking marijuana before going to the gym?
I have a friend that swears by this, that his concentration is increased, and when he combines it with the stuff I’ve been taking (N.O. explode), it’s like he’s on a whole other level of strength and stamina.
I’ve always been an advocate of doing everything natural, and I was very hesitant to try any pre-work out formulas…I’m wondering what if any health risks my gym friend might be gambling with since he is introducing more than one type of drug to his system before every work out.
I consider N.O. explode a drug, it effects me more so than any coffee beverage I’ve had at Starbucks.
Any input would be appreciated, I know Marijuana is a gateway drug, or at least perceived as one…I can only imagine him wanting to experiment with roids one day…though I do tend to jump to conclusions.
it is true that pot increases concentration, and helps stamina for that matter. im not a doctor so i cant really comment on what health risks he is taking.
i just needed to comment though that marijuana is mainly perceived to be a gateway drug by people who have never used it.
i have been smoking weed for about 15 years now and can say with complete honesty that i have never once wanted to try something stronger!
and for those people that are going to say its bad for ya, it ruins your life, yadda yadda yadda…i happen to be very successful and intelligent as well……so there! lol
aBOUT THE ONLY THING i CAN CONCENTRATE ON AFTER A BIG FATTY IS (see, i can’t even type) is my munchies.
I lose motivation and energy. And i smoke the good stuff, not the bricked crap from Mexico. Then again I have (HAD, in college) a friend that admits snorting a line of coke chills her out and pot makes her hyper….go figure.
regardless of what others say about how wonderful it is, if someone is working out to improve their body/health/, why smoke pot? it contains 20 times more carcinogens than cigarettes. women who smoke have an even higher risk of breast cancer than those who don’t. and honestly, no one still knows yet what the long term effects are of it. we’ll know as soon as the baby boomers hit 70-80.

I am a cannabis smoker/user..huhu. From what i can tell is, when u smoke up, it will increase the body temp, this is for sure. The THC will surely hit your brain and the effect is u just wanna lay back. However you will be more focus and alert then normal condition.
Like me.. I have lost my appetite everytime i stop taking cannabis for a bit. But it doesnt mean that i eat a lot during stoning.
Hermmm..wut im trying to say is…If u get use to it, im sure u can figure out how to manage it, even if u going to the gym..its just that, smoking will coz u breathing prob, so consume the cannabis in another method. I think u will be more passionate during the gym-ing time

Have you smoked weed before? If it’s your first time, going to the gym is not going to be something you’re gunna want to do. If you smoke often, working out after smoking weed may not be a problem. I have worked out after smoking, but I won’t do it again. I won’t try it again because it ruined my high. It all depends on how your body reacts to it. I have friends who just want to eat everything they can and then take a long nap. Other people can be high and run a marathon. Another thing is some people can’t control themselves when they’re high. I believe that weed does something different for everyone. The only way to find out is to try it.
