Should people who smoke pot be allowed to vote on Prop 19?
Obviously they are just going to vote yes. They should not be allowed to vote, if we want a fair election.

What you must be liberals. OK so no one that doesn’t smoke it cannot vote either.
they should so the country can see that most of California are not burned out and rejected the prop.
How is that even fair? haha
I think so too.
When the time comes pot unions stop production and go on walk outs.
Drive up the cost of pot.
Government steps in and stops all non union production of pot.
Those who want pot being legal will wonder where they went wrong.
As long as they are legally allowed to vote, US citizens, over the age of 18 and not convicted criminals they have as much right to vote as I do. As an American you should be fighting to uphold their rights, not limit them
Hell we even let idiots vote, look what we did to the White House! If we only allowed sane and rational people to vote there is no way Obama would be in the Oval Office.
The War in Mexico will get worse if that happened .
So only people against it should vote?
Why not? If they meet the criteria, then yes, they are allowed to vote.
Maybe those of us who do not smoke pot should not be allowed to vote because obviously we will vote No. That statement is just as wrong as yours.
I have never tried it and don’t want others to use it, but I hope Prop 19 passes because
–it may increase tax revenue
–it will reduce court and incarceration cost
–it will reduce the time and resources peace officers and public defenders spend on marijuana
–it will save many families the cost of hiring expensive lawyers
–it may reduce the illegal guns flowing from the U.S. to Mexico
–it may reduce the illegal drugs flowing into the U.S. from Mexico and South American, and countries that support terrorism.
