it might be an unusual move for the usa. it is not so unusual for california. in many ways california is more liberal than many other states. marijuana is already legal for medicinal purposes, and possession of less than an ounce is a misdemeanor
Legal or not.. People will still smoke it.. It’s way safer than smoking tobacco or drinking alcohol. Marijuana is not a drug, it’s a healing of stress, life and curing purposes.. It should of been legal way before tobacco.. I’m also favoring legalization in cannabis. I never hear anybody died from smoking weed..
