This is a load of bull. I don’t understand why people complain about global warming and the fact that automobile engines pollute the environment. Legalizing marijuana will solve the issue. Hemp can be made into into fuel and other renewable, reusable sources such as clothing, paper, personal product and much more!

5. If anyone has doubts that the plant should not be legalized, then the media and Reefer madness have had there way with you. I find it absolutely obsured even having this conversation about a plant that was once legal for thousands of years and was only recently made illegal. Like we know shit about whats good for us. 4. If some one were to choose to move on to something harder, it is exactly that, a CHOICE! not some after math of the plant itself.
3. Prop 19 does not support the legalization of harder SYNTHETIC drugs, so the argument of “theres a thin line” is irrelevant. There is quite a LARGE gap between synthetic drugs and something natrual that grows from the earth, there fore characterizing prop 19 as a stepping stone to legalize other harder drugs is the same propoganda with a different face on it that we have been fed for years

The gateway theory is a sham and has been dis proven by the AMA, the largest medical association in america. 2. immunity from other harder substances does not come from keeping the drug illegal, as a matter of fact it is spawned by the criminality of the drug. When confronting a drug dealer about getting your dope, your also confronting an open market for harder drugs and have a higher chance of purchasing and trying something harder for the first time.

This bill allows the recreational use of Marijuana. This does not allow public use (nor federal, obviously… lol… since they still watch Reefer Madness).
But yes, I do support Prop 19. And even though this video encourages DWI (WHICH I DON’T, NOR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE), I still think it would be not only a financial asset to this state… but a viable outlet.
@nottocernottocer besides that, its no more harmful, and alcohol is legal. and in the debt we are in… we might as well try to make some money on taxes and sales of it.
this was really helpful i am totally for the legalization of marijuana, ive never done it not even tried it once but i do know people who do it, the reason for my choice is that this prop is only giving the choice to 478 cities and counties in california to either opt in or opt out, it doesnt make it legal at all, plus its opening new majors, people will begin to study it and begin to inform people about the effects and go further in studies(:
good video..mos def learn that it is not a gateway drug…just like you start with milk the move to beer its no more a gateway than that..if you breath heavy you can feel high and thats natural. if other people go to a deathly substance its sometimes out of ignorance of the flesh but manly because of ignorance. if you know it will f u up then do it..so it is not a gateway drug..thats old school racism time thinking
@bakerboy4200 You are actually misled, you can get that same sentence for doing that now. Prop 19 only adds new penalties for 21+ people supplying cannabis to 18+ year olds. 80,000 people are going to jail in CA every year, this Prop will dramatically reduce those numbers. Plus, if you’re at a party, I’d assume you’re on private property so the only way cops could bust you would be if you allow a search, which would then be illegal since the smell of mj would no longer justify a search.
The gateway theory has been proven wrong study after study, I don’t know why people still bring it up. If you believe in such incoherent reasoning and think if you use one thing it automatically means it’ll lead to something “harder” thing, you could say water, milk, soda, and alcohol are gateway substances, because most people used these before trying mj. Also, look up slippery slope on google, I don’t think you know that it’s a common fallacy. There is no argument for the drug war, sorry.
