1. Legalized. It’d be shorter to say why it shouldn’t be legal than why it should be.
Legalized. Once it’s legalized, the value of it will drop dramatically. The only reason it’s so expensive is because it’s illegal. I mean, the name says it all. It’s a WEED, therefore of little value.

It should not be legal but it should not carry as big of a punishment. People who smoke weed are not crack heads, they don’t crash their cars into innocent people like drunk drivers, it comes from the earth etc etc haha all those hippie reasons.. ;]
keep the medicinal weed laws the way they are i guess.
legalizing it would be a problem, what if it became taxed? or really expensive for dirt weed? would the government control weed?! i dunno if i like that idea.

Imagine the amount of money saved on not prosecuting weed smokers and the amount of space made in prisons that could be used to house violent criminals who actually hurt others with their crimes.
It’s sad that the government lies so much about marijuana.
If it were made legal the government would take over the production of it and that would result in less than quality weed at high prices….just like tobacco.
