The law (THE PEOPLE VOTED FOR!) is being DELAYED! So that the state can grab control of something ANYONE can grow.
The Governor of N.J. has said the ONLY he will approve the MMJ Law is if Stat Universities are the only ones allowed to grow MMJ

High Times Mag. should post an article to its readers and growers and have them beat the corporations to the punch and have growers take the misdemeanor charge and patent a lot of strains so that no corporation can make money off it.
