They probably wouldn’t even test for it. If you go to work high you will probably get fired. Drinking (assuming you are 21), is legal, but if you go to work drunk you will probably get fired. I don’t think they’d even test you on it.

MJ and MMJ laws do not protect from employee drug testing. Prop 19 would not have protected from pre-employment or random job screening.
Most jobs will fire drug users.
So even if it passes, I strongly suggest that you go to work drug-free.
