I don’t see why there is a federal law at all on this issue… states are perfectly capable of deciding for their citizens if they want cannabis in their state, if they don’t then they will vote no, simple as that.

The Sheriff of those counties should be standing there with his deputies to arrest those DEA agents, because they are acting illegally by coming into that state and busting people. The Sheriff is not doing his duty because those DEA agents must have the Sheriffs permission to enter his county to arrest somebody. If you do not believe that, check the law on that, because it’s true.

Why repeal it …the DEA will do that for you! we’re going to repeal it because some people are getting the meds when they don’t really need them. Ah if you need them you won’t be able to get them because the DEA won’t go after the wrongly recomended they wan’t to take your meds because a few abuse…take away somthing from the true patient because you can’t do your job DEA !
