NORML is a nonprofit, public-interest lobby that for more than 30 years has provided a voice for those Americans who oppose marijuana prohibition. We represent the interests of the tens of millions of Americans who smoke marijuana responsibly and believe the recreational and medicinal use of marijuana should no longer be a crime. NORML supports the removal of all criminal penalties for the private possession and responsible use of marijuana by adults, including the cultivation for personal use, and the casual nonprofit transfers of small amounts. Google “Surviving Voir Dire” by Clay Conrad –free online many places, and at fija(dot)org “Voir dire” is jury questioning that began in 1850 in order to rig the jury in favor of prosecuting runaway slaves. so in order for marijuana to be defacto (not sure if i am usign the term right) legalized..
Is to get large portions of the population to know about jury nulifcations..
And to get all the marijuana users to demand a jury trail for EVERY case
Then it would be pretty much legalized, however evenutlly the state would realize the law isn’t enforceable and purhaps flat out legalize it!
