they wont legalize it because they cant tax it.. anyone who is somewhat botanically inclined can grow Marijuana. what they need to do is legalize Marijuana and forget about then put the taxes on Hemp in which case there would be billions put back into the economy because you can make literally thousands of products from hemp from plastics to biodiesel. this Phony war on drug serves only one purpose, to propagate the interests of the prison industrial complex.
