No, I do not rinse the hemp seeds. “raw” hemp seeds in the USA have been dehulled, so there is no need to rinse them.
Do you have to rinse the hemp seeds after soaking like nuts?
The date pit MUST be removed. No blender or juicer can handle date pits. They are too hard.
Did you keep the pit in the date? Would the Omega VRT330 handle dates with pits?
