Cannabis should be legalized and if you say that it should not then you just have not studied the facts. Bottom line is that people have been using it for years and DUI’s did not go up…that is a lie!!! What I or anyone else does in the privacy of there own home is their business. I suppose that we should keep allowing out kids to have access to it by keeping it on the black market..and I also suppose that we should keep our dea and policemen busy with pot arrests instead of rape victims, etc
@jenn1ifer Weed is actually much safer than alcohol and tobacco, and it should be RE-legalized. There are many more pros than cons about weed, and it is hypocritical to keep weed illegal when both alcohol and cigarettes are legal. What we put in OUR own bodies isn’t and shouldn’t be the government’s choice.
So remember;
Just Say Now.
Yes We Cannabis.
Free the Weed.
Free Mark Emery.
@jenn1ifer Hey, it’s me, Jen, and I’d like to apologize for the stupid things I have done. I created this account as an attempt to troll, but I now realize how stupid this all is and I now wish to stop.
I realize that the information I’ve been copying & pasting is unreliable, myth, lies and propaganda. Ignore all of my stupid posts; they are worthless.
@jenn1ifer That’s because it stays in the system 30 days. That to me is a very ignorant remark. Logically, the driver more than likely wasn’t high. THC was just in their system.
@fight2legalize An analysis from the National Safety Traffic Authority did a study this month on driving fatalities since medical marijuana passed in California, and found drivers that tested positive for marijuana increased by 100%, and if prop 19 passes, it can increase to 300%.
@fight2legalize cannabis grows brain cells and stops tumor growth. What does that have to do with legalization?? That is medical use. Morphine, cocaine and heroin are legal for medical use. Medical use is a separate issue and has NOTHING to do with legalizing it for everyone to abuse and get “high”.
NO ON PROP 19
prop 19 would require grant recipients to violate the DFWA, it would preclude certain businesses, research institutions, schools and state and local governments from obtaining billions in federal funding. And would require employers to violate several federal mandates. For example, the U.S. Department of Transportation requires persons who operate airplanes, locomotives, trucks and buses to be removed from their respective jobs if they test positive for any narcotic.”
“Tax Cannabis 2010” creates:
A compromised drug-free workplace
And ZERO revenue for the State of California
“The Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 requires that all employers
who receive government grants and contracts greater than $100,000 maintain a drug-free
workplace. ”
“The Act Will Cost the State Billions in Federal Funding While Limiting
Employers’ Rights to Maintain a Safe and Drug-Free Workplace

Doctors at Yale University in the U.S. tested the impact of THC on 150 healthy volunteers and 13 people with stable schizophrenia. Nearly half of the healthy subjects experienced psychotic symptoms when given the drug.
A word about prohibition: you hear the argument that alcohol prohibition failed–so why are drugs still illegal? Prohibition did work. Alcohol consumption was reduced by almost 60% and incidents of liver cirrhosis and deaths from this disease dropped dramatically…Today, alcohol consumption is over three times greater than during the Prohibition years.
@jenn1ifer It needs to be legal for so many other reasons than smoking it. What do you think alcohol is. It’s a mind altering drug that destroys your brain. Princeton proved that cannabis grows brain cell and Harvard said that it stops tumor growth.
@jenn1ifer LoL !! What an ignorant statement. Anti depressants, anxiety meds, pain pills, etc … with a list of side effects that read like a novel are better I suppose ?? Come on, the “accepted medications” out there are killing people, causing birth defects, etc … and you’re worried about keeping cannabis illegal ?? Well to that, I say … cannabis is NOT a drug, it’s an herb, and people who think otherwise should really educate themselves more before opening their ignorant mouths.
@jenn1ifer atleast its better then alcohol
weed is seen as an cure to diabetes
so i really dont se why weed is bad and a paracetamol isnt
paracetamol is more dangerous then weed!!!
marijuana does NOT need to be legal. it is a mind altering drug, intoxicant, and not good for mental health.
Crisis will be gone if they legalize marijuana
it will give jobs too..
u cant stop the movement you ignorant goverment officials. smoke a bowl
He said it right…its still a war on the 60’s
but what about the criminals and gang members who like to sell it at an artificially high price? Nobody ever stands up for them.
JUST LEGALIZE DAMN
I wish cheech weren’t such a douche.
Lets get this done. Legalize in Illinois !
tommy looks nothing like he did befor he went
