Reselling marked up, legal weed would be a retarded idea. The bordering states will probably just increase border stops and scare potential retailers/merchants into just sticking with high grade marijuana grown in their own state. Even if they did buy it from California, though, at least they wouldn’t be getting it from crime syndicates in Mexico.
