LEDs may not make for the best plants, but they do grow your plants with less power and less heat, which means its easier to find an out of the way place in your house for a grow room. So if you live in a state thats not so weed friendly, you decrease your chances for police intervention while also increasing chances of not having to smoke brown commercial crap. So quit bitchin haters.

That’s just ridiculous, not even worth the effort… LED’s have a long way to go – at least they’ll need individual reflectors for each chip if this is ever going to be realistic…
I’d rather take my chances outdoors than spend 15-3000 USD on something that lowers the cost of production by a few hundred dollars? I think not..
Btw people, how come you aren’t talking more about UV lights in the growroom? We know it works, so it would work along with LED’s as well, you should all get one!
@lindholm001 i agree leds are just not in the zone yet but i expect they will be in the future
@zeffman99 you are partially right, yes you can only be 100% sure with a microscope but it also depends on the strain, how it is grown, what medium is used, nutes etc. Red hairs does not mean it is over ripe i’ll all strains.

Yeah LEDs have really come along way. This video is probably using 1w or 3w leds. You guys really need to check out the new 6W LED grow lights.

lol if you only got that on leds i wouldnt use it again your plant is covered in mold conditions too damp nutrients added too concentrated which is why leaves are scorched and it appears from what ive seen of these leds that plants are struggling to attain the light they need they are very sickly looking too
I’m not quite sure of what I saw but it looks like some of the leaves are burned? Is it because of too much lighting or too much nutrients? Have you used LEDs throughout the whole growth process?
