K2 Herbal Smoke Blend – Is it Dangerous?
There has been a lot of hype around K2 Herbal Smoke Blend recently. States are now following the lead of Kansas and making laws that ban K2. However, for the moment in many states K2 is perfectly legal. The drug was introduced to the states back in 2008 by China and Korea so why now, 2 years later is it making headlines?
Popularity – Because of the increase in marijuana smokers in the United States, more and more people are interested in herbs that release the same effect as marijuana. People love the feeling of getting high and marijuana has been proven to be safer for consumption than alcohol. Legalization processes in several states have been going on for years and each year more states are legalizing medical marijuana. It is only a matter of time before it becomes legalized nationally. K2 herbal smoke blend creates a reaction with the cannabinoid receptors in the brain. These are the same receptors that are stimulated by marijuana.
Health Dangers – K2 herbal smoke blend has been deemed as “dangerous” by many health professionals. It has been shown to cause vomiting, increase heart rate, seizures, anxiety, and hallucinations. Reports have been documented by several hospitals but teenagers comprised most of the patients entering the emergency room thanks to K2. Although teens may overreact and panic, that does not discredit the dangers of K2 herbal smoke. The ingredients in the chemicals sprayed on the K2 herbs is unknown and all experts agree it is more dangerous than marijuana.
Although K2 herbal smoke blend doesn’t show up in drug tests and is overall cheaper than marijuana it can be hazardous to your health. I wouldn’t recommend smoking K2 on a regular basis. If you want to try it out, go for it but don’t make it a regular habit. I would stick with the natural herbs in marijuana rather than gamble with chemical potpourri.
