This women never actually said what negative effects it has on the body, so where is the need for banning it? The fact that Marijuana is illegal is the only reason why this is being used. Its the government’s choice, let people use something natural or let people use a research chemical. Banning this would only worsen the situation.

Age requirement would be fine. 18 is an adult in the eyes of the law is it not, so why try to ban it out right? If you don’t want kids to have it, setup an ordinance and check I.D’s for 18+. Why is that not enough? Oh yeah, because it’s kind of like marijuana and someone might accidentally enjoy it. Whatever though, people will just use marijuana in the absence of K2. You’ve won nothing. You’ve stopped nothing.
