i wouldn’t be surprised. they like to lock up marijuana smokers for any thing they can get. i stay clear of virginia and i live in maryland. they aren’t ashamed to use entrapment to make busts.

Not true. Even if Virginia changes its law the Federal law still stands. No state can ‘legalize’ marijuana, they can only drop their own redundant statute.
