According to the Constitution its up to the State to regulate Marijuana. Whats good for California might not be good for Maine, for example. Its up to each individual State to decide.
Either way, corporations have and will have their hands in the profits.
It’s a good start. There’s no where in THIS legislation that lets in big corporations. But it could get bad later.
