It’s completely legal, and will not show up on drug tests. But the chemicals in it make it much more dangerous than weed, so if you’re not going to get tested and want to smoke something, stick to weed. As in how harmful it is i really couldn’t find a website on it, but here’s a warning from a company selling it.
” The Buyer understands that ALL AROMATIC POTPOURRI HERBAL BLENDS with natural fruity essences not designed or intended for human consumption AND ARE not suitable for burning, smoking, imbibing. Do not inhale the smoke that is created if this product is burned. Do not use this product in any incense burning equipment.”
K3 is same legal category as K2 incense, meaning it’s legal in states where K2 is legal and it’s illegal in areas where k2 is illegal. But K3 is a crap, it only lasts a couple of minutes and it’s way overpriced for what you’re getting. Stick to K2 incense.
