no, go to any hardware store and get a two tube or a four tube fixture (40 watt) use one cool white and one warm white bulb. grow lights are balanced for flowers (red spectrum) and leaf (blue spectrum) cool white are in the blue spectrum. warm in the red. this is a lot cheaper than buying growlux bulbs.
