if you live in a medical marijuana state, will the doctor at a collage be likely to prescribe medical weed?
Like, if you complain of cramps or something, will they give u a card? What about if you say you are easily distracted, will they prescribe u ritalin?
While the legal gap decreases with every state victory, there remains a prevalent misconception that marijuana is a... Read More »

At a college it would be pretty much impossible. You have to keep in mind colleges have their reputations on the line and giving students weed prescribed or otherwise would put them in a bad light to most of the parents of prospective students. As for Ritalin if you tell your college ahead of time that you need it they will have it in stock for you to pick up as a prescription. If they feel you need it however and you’re not prescribed for it they will most likely send you to the closest hospital to be diagnosed.
Marijuana is not going to be available easily, at least in NJ (if they ever get the law okayed since Gov. Christie has thrown roadblocks in the way). He cut the outlets to only 4 in the whole state with a decrease in places it will be grown too.He also wants to water the dose down so people won’t get a benefit from it. In all states however it is only supposed to be for people with debilitating diseases like Lou Gherig disease, glaucoma, muscular & nerve problems, cancer patients, and dying patients. College students are not in the group & cramps due to menstrual problems or an upset stomach do not fit the bill. Not every doctor is going to risk their license giving it out for it is supposed to be controlled just like a narcotic. Of course if you live in California, who knows. One happy young college age user who happened to be on Judge Judy looked like he was flying, very happy & in no pain at all. When he confessed to be on weed “legally” he also admitted to being from California. It doesn’t speak well for the state or for the control that is supposed to be on the substance. It also isn’t fair for the real suffers who might have cancer who may not be able to get it because of those who really don’t need it. Why do you even think being “distracted would be a reason to be on it? More likely you’re on it already & that’s why you’re distracted. By the way it’s “college” unless you’re an artist. Stay in school & get off the weed.
People don’t get into medical school if they’re that stupid. Doctors are even smart enough to know the difference between a college and a collage.
Do they actually let you into college if you can’t spell it correctly?
I’m sorry, let me rephrase that. Like, do they let u in2 collage if u cant spell it rite?
FFS.
