I live in the uk and want to order some rolling papers. I am 16 and it says you must be 18 to order them. But what i want to know is how do they actually check? Do they ask for id when they are delivered.

I seriously doubt it.
no they require a credit card and a name and the cards security numbers!! youd never be able to do it and if they find out your useing a card thats not yours your charged with theft.
You have to electronically agree to the End User Agreement stating that you are of age. It might not be much but it puts the legal responsibility 100% on you.

Well, you shouldn’t buy them anyways. It would be illegal.
But they just check the validity of the credit card to make sure you are over 18, as MOST, but not all, credit cards require you to be over 18. And they wouldn’t likely check ID at the door, as it is probably just delivered by some UPS guy who throws them on your porch and leaves in under a minute.
From my experience having a credit card confirms you are 18 years or above, you can’t legally agree to a credit agreement as a child.
