for tobacco roll ups. Rolling papers aren’t illegal yet. But I agree I have to laugh when I see it because probably 10% of the people are buying it for that reason
believe it or not. some people make their own cigarettes but we know who buys the most.
Some people roll their own tobacco. And… paper is not an illegal substance.
I’ve always wondered how head shops get by with this when drug paraphernalia found in a search of someone’s house or vehicle is held against them. Must’ve been some good lobbyists.
Because rolling papers are not illegal and people do put tobacco in them you know.
