Sounds about right.

I find it not far off from an invasion for the Federal Government, especially Eric Holder, to declare Marijuana prohibition will continue to be rigorously enforced by the paramilitary agent/soldiers of the DEA in order to come into a state where the voters lifted said prohibition and come in and raid the citizen’s of California’s homes with guns shoved in their faces to confiscate their plant material. Sure it’s only a tiny invasion, and they can’t possibly hope to nab even 1% of marijuana users in the state given their resources, but it’s pretty arrogant that they’ll try anyway because the people of the other 49 states (through their representative Federal Govt) apparently know better than the Californians what is best for them.

Also Federal Prohibition itself is in violation of the 10th Amendment. Odd that when they banned alcohol, they added a Amendment to the Constitution in order to have the power to do so, and then that power was since rescinded… yet they prohibit so much more now without that legitimate Constitutional authority. Only the States truly have the power in that regard.
