@Clausewitzz Word. If you want to make the roads safer, get the public stoned! At least a little.
truth shall prevail
@Melpheos1er
Its because they work for big business. Remember too big to fail? When the gov gave out millions to save companies… Thats as socialistic as one can be and Republicans had no problem being socialists then as long as their backers got money. A vote for the Republicans is a vote for the rich.
this could very well be the first step towards getting the hemp industry up and running again :0) ,.. plus I like a puff here and there. Ohhh pot is just terrible, give me a break,.. loose the slander and propaganda.
@Chemicalogic
LoL… i was hoping for the same thing.
@robot9991 isnt the tea party against legalization
@Melpheos1er you are trying to find consistency in the republican party?
If it’s legalized will they stop using stupid puns?
The drug czar is part of the federal gov’t, the federal gov’t is influenced by large corporations (alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceutical, etc) who believe they will loose profits in marijuana is legalized. Any questions? If you think marijuana being illegal has anything to do with your health and safety, think again. My uncle is on his 3rd liver because of alcohol and there is no question it kills thousands of people every year. Where’s the concern for that?
this really hits home the fact that voters dont know what’s good for them. now they are poised to elect the tea party.
More problems in traffic is bullshit you can take example from the Netherlands, alcohol is by ‘far’ a bigger problem in traffic here, weed or hasj doesnt even come close to it.
In fact in recent years tests over here showed that weed can even improve driving for some people, they drive more safely cause they wanna drive on a more relaxed way.
PLEASE!!!! Be one of the “9 out of 10 people” GO OUT AND VOTE… NOVEMBER 2, 2010. Make history, YOUR VOTE WILL COUNT!!!! VOTE YES ON 19
@pmodrat technically both czar and kaiser are derived from ceasar hence the leadership association, but yeah america coulda picked a better title for the position
I dont understand how a republican could be opposed to prop 19 ? They allway say that govt is doing too much regulation…
@idontbelieveinDeath
Czar Isn’t that a Russian thing? America is so Fuucked.
I hope they pass it. I’m sick of the Government controlling everything. And than telling us we are free. And it would be nice to see them use hemp for paper again.
@vernb57 One judge wouldn’t over rule it. Gay marriage is one thing. Outright banning it is discrimination and that is unconstitutional. Hence, the judges ruling. If Prop 19 passes, a judge can’t call that unconstitutional because the government has no right to tell people what to do with their own bodies. It all comes down to freedom and telling people what they CAN’T do is not freedom.
Legalize it
If anyone realy wanted to win the war on drugs LEGALIZE it then we all win.
Does a “drug czar” even have any legitimate authority?
watch?v=6Z5jkYvKscw <-- Proof driving under pot is NOT like driving drunk!
Oh nooooo! not a huge increase in people driving under the influence of pot!!! We already know that’s SUCH a huge problem. I mean it seems like every day on the news there are reports of accidents caused by high drivers! Give me a fucking break.
1. It DOES NOT have the same effect as alcohol. Alcohol is worse in every way.
2. There will NOT be a huge increase in even the number of users because those that want to use it… ALREADY DO despite the laws.
Legalize.
:40 That’s not what this president alluded to when he was campaining, now was it?
Now that everyone knows that pot is perfectly safe for personal use and cultivation there is no need to keep it illegal.
I do know that the government elite want us more dependant on govenrnment, and pot/hemp is so useful is so many different ways that just be being legal we create new business and new economy. That would be boost to individual independence from the gov, which means less control for them.
I hope the f*&^$ feds do try to override the state’s vote! Maybe the citizens will finally start to figure out why our Republic is broken. They may not understand it, because of the LIES they are taught in school, but true patriots will have an opportunity to educate them (if they can remember what their taught….sorry could not resist.)
BTW, I can SMELL the fear from the establishment. They are terrified that they are losing control of the people. They fear the tea party rising.
