first load the image into the photo editor and save it as a jpeg with a .jpg extension, not a .jpeg extension – tabbbkgnd.jpg
change this

upload bg image and changed page
you’re calling the images from your C drive, put the web address of the image instead
you should also change the file name of online shopping so it doesn’t have a space, like onlineshopping/tabbkgnd.jpeg
