If you are looking into being one as a career, you should watch out for the feds, they can raid your dispensary and throw you in jail because even though it is legal in the state, it is illegal by federal laws. So basically the state police can’t do anything about it, but the feds can.

For the money, if you think about it an eighth at a dispensary for some decent marijuana costs 50-60 dollars, and they can buy it for very cheap if they buy it straight from a grower, or even cheaper if they grow it themselves (make sure to check all laws to make sure you are doing everything legally). And customers are usually regulars with a 9-5 job, so business is good for the most part. Also the revenue of a dispensary will depend on the marijuana it has available to sell, costs to run the store, how much they buy it for, and how much they sell it to customers for. There are many factors that affect profit margin, so it will be different for everyone, but in general and if done right, dispensaries can make a LOT.
